Free Concept
New customers have the chance to get a free concept website. Either fill out the form or book a 15-minute call to clarify questions and needs. This is completely free. If you like the concept, you can book our service. If you're already convinced, reach out to lasse@norddorf.com. You'll receive the first concept within 72 hours on average.
Step 2
Confirmation
The first email confirms we received your request and started working on the concept. It also includes a 15-minute free booking link in case you have any questions.
Step 3
Concept Presentation
The second email contains the link to the concept website, a payment link if you want to continue, and a 15-minute booking link if there are still open questions.
Step 4
Payment & Details
Once paid, we send an invoice and confirmation. You'll also receive a detailed form for website changes, features, and information, which we use to create the complete website / update the concept.
Step 5
Website Delivery
You receive the ready website via email with instructions and a manual on how to log in, access the site, and use the CMS/change texts. You also have the option to ask for minor fixes.
Step 6
Launch & Hosting
Afterwards, the website is launch-ready and hosted on Render for free. You get a guide on setting up your domain. If you need help, we assist via email or a quick 15-minute meeting.
Step 7
14-Day Support
After launch, you have 14 days to make one request regarding the website. This could be implementing a blog post, a different style, or a form to qualify leads better.
Step 8
Long-term Maintenance
AFTER THE 14 DAYS, additional requests or maintenance will be done for a fee depending on the request.
